By installing or using GhostTape, you agree to the following:
Your $10 purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use GhostTape on up to 5 devices simultaneously.
You own the audio you capture. We have no claim to your performances or files.
Your license includes all future updates to GhostTape at no additional cost. We provide these automatically via our in-app update service.
GhostTape is built to be a silent background utility. It does not phone home to track your usage or collect your audio. Your activation key is validated once online; thereafter, the software functions fully offline.
GhostTape is provided "as-is." While we strive to make it the most reliable tool in your studio, we are not liable for incidental data loss or system issues. We test extensively, but always back up your critical work.
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell your license key. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
